Body Scrub: 2-3 times a week. Overuse can irritate the skin, so it’s best to exfoliate a few times per week to maintain smoothness without overdoing it.

Body Lotion: Once or twice a day, depending on your skin’s needs. Morning and night application is ideal for keeping skin moisturized.

Body Butter: Once a day, preferably at night, for deep hydration. Use it more frequently if your skin is extremely dry.

Body Oil: Once a day, or as needed, especially after a shower to lock in moisture. You can also apply it to dry spots or before bed.

Hair Mist: 1-2 times a day. A light spritz in the morning and possibly a refreshing touch-up in the afternoon to keep your hair smelling fresh.

Body Splash: 2-3 times a day for a light, refreshing scent. You can spritz it on whenever you need a burst of fragrance.
